District 6B: Missoula Loyola girls remain unbeaten, will face Anaconda in title game

MISSOULA -- The Missoula Loyola Breakers improved to a perfect 19-0 with a 61-26 blowout win over Deer Lodge on Friday night at Loyola in the girls basketball District 6B semifinals.

Natalie Clevenger led the Breakers with 22 points while Syd Koppang added 15. Loyola's leading scorer, sophomore Lani Walker, was dressed out but did not play due to a knee injury and was donning a knee brace.

Loyola will now take on Anaconda in the title game on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Loyola. Anaconda defeated Florence 54-42 in the other semifinal to advance to the championship game.

Deer Lodge and Florence will play in the third-place game at 2:30 p.m. to determine seeding for the Western B divisional.
