MISSOULA — The Montana football program secured one of the best in-state prospects in the 2021 recruiting class on Tuesday morning as Missoula Sentinel's Jace Klucewich announced his commitment via Twitter.

Klucewich is a multi-sport athlete who excelled on the track and football field. He impressed in Class A as a running back and safety at Frenchtown before transferring to Class AA Sentinel in Missoula in January.
According to MaxPreps, the 5-foot-11, 175-pound Klucewich rushed for 862 yards and 17 touchdowns on 127 carries last year. He was also a threat as a receiver and caught 20 passes for 580 yards and eight touchdowns. He earned Class A all-state recognition at running back, safety and kick/punt returner.
Klucewich told MTN Sports in April that he also held scholarship offers from Montana State and Northern Arizona.
"(College coaches like) my speed and physical ability," he said in April. "They're all pretty much recruiting me for safety, so they like the way I fit."
