MISSOULA -- The Montana Grizzlies lead the Weber State Wildcats 7-3 at the end of the first half of the FCS quarterfinals on a snowy evening in Ogden, Utah at Stewart Stadium.

UM quarterback Dalton Sneed is 17 for 24 for 157 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. Samori Toure has six catches for 66 yards while Mitch Roberts has five receptions for 61 yards.

Montana struck first when Sneed hit tight end Colin Bingham for a 1-yard score to make it 7-0 with 7:13 to play in the second quarter. That was set up two plays earlier by a 40-yard connection between Sneed and Toure.

However, on the next Montana drive, Sneed was picked off by Eddie Heckard, who took it back to UM's 25. The Griz defense held, and Weber State settled for a 41-yard field goal by Trey Tuttle to make it 7-3 with 4:29 left in the opening half.

Montana was driving to end the half and got all the way to Weber State's 36, but Sneed was picked off by Max Anderson.

Montana has held Weber State to just 38 total yards while the Grizzlies have 170. Weber State also has only one first down in the game.

WSU quarterback Jake Constantine is 4 for 11 for -3 yards so far.
