BELGRADE — The Montana State rodeo team added a new cowgirl Tuesday. Paige Rasmussen of Belgrade signed her national letter of intent to ride for the Bobcats in the fall.
Rasmussen will be joining her sister, Shelby, on the team and is excited for her next adventure close to home.
“They really believed in me more than a competitor (but) as a person, too, and what I would do for the team,” Paige Rasmussen said at her signing on Tuesday. “So I just like that they weren’t looking at me as points and getting them to nationals, they really wanted me on their team as a person.”
