Highlights: Night 3 at the Bozeman Stampede

BOZEMAN — The final night of the Bozeman Stampede concluded Saturday where the last round of cowboys and girls were trying to break into the standings.

The total payoff was $69,400 and a silver belt buckle.

In bareback riding, Jessy Davis of Utah won with 85 points on a horse called Prairie Rose.

In steer wrestling, Montana State Bobcat Jake Nelson won with a 3.8-second run.

In team roping, it was a three-way tie between Rhen Richard and Quinn Kesler of Utah, Luke Brown and Jake Long of South Carolina, and Spencer Mitchell and Clay O’Brien Cooper of California with 5.1 seconds each.

Chase Brooks of Deer Lodge won saddle bronc riding with 84 points.

In tie down roping, John Douch of Texas won with an 8.2-second run.

Brittany Pozzi Tonozzi of Texas won the barrel racing with a 17.47-second ride.

Finally, in bull riding, Corey Maier of South Dakota won with 84.5 points on a bull named Shotgun.
