GREAT FALLS — The Great Falls Americans stayed perfect on the season with a 12-1 win over the Butte Cobras Friday night at the Great Falls Ice Plex.
The Americans led 2-0 after the first period but exploded for five goals in the second period and six more in the third.
Jack Olson led Great Falls with four goals, while Garrett Peterson added a hat trick with three. The Americans improve to 6-0-0-0 on the season, while the first-year Cobras are still searching for their first win at 0-6-0-0.
