Great Falls Americans top Missoula Bruins in season opener

MISSOULA – The Great Falls Americans opened the NA3HL season with a 5-0 win at the Missoula Bruins Friday night.

Jack Olson scored twice and also dished out two assists for the visitors, and Drew Scites stoped all 19 shots he saw from the Bruins. The Americans spoiled the debut of new Missoula head coach Cliff Cook.

The Bruins will host another contest versus the Helena Bighorns at 7 p.m. Saturday.
