BELGRADE — The Belgrade Bandits stayed hot on Sunday afternoon, winning their sixth straight game in convincing fashion, a 16-2 victory over the Great Falls Chargers.
Colton Charnholm and Easton Page paced the Bandits’ offense in Game 1, each driving in four runs. Justin Riekenberg held down the mound in the first contest, allowing one run on three hits over four innings. The first game ended in five frames.
The second game was much like the first, with Charnholm knocking in four runs for Belgrade in a rout. The Bandits won the second bout 17-1.
Belgrade improves to 11-3 on the season.
