
GREAT FALLS – On Saturday, the University of Providence will host an all-star dual featuring some of the best high school grapplers in Montana.
The event, in its second year, will feature East-vs.-West matchups with several top-ranked wrestlers from various weights and classes. The dual is set to begin at 6 p.m. on Dec. 29 at the McLaughlin Center. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and can be purchased at the door.
There are returning state champions in the lineup and a battle of defending champs at 145 pounds. Great Falls CMR’s Kai Stewart won a Class AA title in February while his opponent, Martin Wilkie of Havre, has won three consecutive Class A titles.
