BOZEMAN — Make it 10 in a row for Huntley Project.
The Red Devils are going back to the Class B volleyball state championship match for the 10th consecutive season after dispatching Florence 25-9, 25-14, 25-13 in Friday’s undefeated semifinal match at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.
Alana Graves led Huntley Project with 15 kills and two blocks. Addy Hultgren had 36 assists, two blocks, two aces and eight digs. Amanda Cranford and Emily Poole each contributed eight kills, as the Red Devils out-killed the Falcons 40-22. Sarah Hopcroft had nine to lead Florence.
Project notched eight kills and 69 digs on the defensive side. Maggie Taylor had a match-high 19 digs, and Poole added 13. Taylor also contributed two aces.
The Red Devils defeated Florence for the 2017 championship, which ended a streak of eight consecutive all-Southern B championships. Huntley Project has won 10 state championships in program history, including six of the past nine.
Saturday’s championship is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. The undefeated Red Devils, who have lost just two sets all season, will play the winner of Saturday’s third-place match for the title.

ROUNDUP DEF. CHOTEAU 25-20, 25-11, 22-25, 25-22
Meghan Eiselein had 18 kills and three blocks and Chloe Cota had 16 kills and two blocks to help Roundup to a four-set win over Choteau in the fourth-place of the Class B state volleyball tournament on Friday. Blythe Sealey added 34 assists, 22 digs and five assists for the Panthers, who will now meet Florence in Saturday’s third-place match at 11 a.m.
Nicole Krone had 15 kills, five blocks and 17 digs for Choteau in the loss.
