GREAT FALLS – The Great Falls Class AA volleyball teams split their home-opening games with Missoula Big Sky and Hellgate on Thursday.
At Swarthout Fieldhouse, Great Falls High swept the Big Sky in three sets, 25-9, 25-22, 25-23. Across town, Missoula Hellgate topped the Rustlers in four sets, 25-17, 25-22, 9-25, 26-24.
The teams will switch venues this weekend with Great Falls High and CMR heading to Missoula. The Rustlers will face Big Sky at 12:30 p.m. while the Bison take on Sentinel at the same time.
