HELENA — In a two hour affair, Missoula Hellgate’s Piper Pfister prevailed in the girls javelin with a throw of 122 feet, 8 inches.
Payton Ater, Neil Daily, Jace Dewalt and Jaden Foster led the way for Missoula Sentinel in the boys 400-meter relay en route to a time of 42.96 seconds.
In the girls 400-meter relay Leigha Carter, Melissa Moreni, Sydney Sheridan and Audrey Bloomquist blitzed the competition leading Helena Capital to a time of 49.33 seconds.
In the girls 100-meter hurdles, Helena Capital’s Melissa Moreni led her heat with a 15.2 second time, however Missoula Sentinel’s Ashley McElmurry leads the overall times with a 15.16 time.
In the boys 110-meter hurdles, Kalispell Glacier’s Drew Deck took the outright lead with a 15.32 time.
