Seeley-Swan, Charlo and Noxon out to early leads at the District 13C/14C meets

MISSOULA – The boys and girls from Seeley-Swan, as well as the girls from Charlo have developed big leads halfway through the District 13C and 14C track meets at Missoula County Stadium.

The Blackhawk girls lead second place Alberton-Superior by 62 points in the 13C standings. The Seeley-Swan girls 400-meter relay team also recorded the best time in the state this year for a Class C team, crossing in 51.51 seconds. The Blackhawk boys lead Alberton-Superior by 58 points through one of two days of competition.

In the 14C, the Charlo girls have opened up a massive 103-point lead over Noxon, while the Noxon boys hold a slim two-point advantage at the top over the guys from Charlo.

The meet continues with field events starting at 11:00 AM on Saturday, and running events starting at 12:00.
