BOZEMAN -- The Bozeman girls soccer team is back to the state semfinals after they shut out Helena High 2-0 on Friday afternoon at home.
The Hawks have yet to give up a goal in the state tournament, also taking down Billings Senior 2-0 in the first round.
The game was scoreless until the 30th minute when Stella Clements played a through ball on a counter attack from a Bengals corner kick that led to an Addi Ekstrom breakaway goal, her second of the tournament. Clements added an insurance goal in the 62nd minute to ice the game and bring Bozeman back to the semifinals beginning on Tuesday.
