GREAT FALLS – The Great Falls High and Great Falls CMR softball teams hosted the Kalispell schools Glacier and Flathead at the Multi-Sports Complex on Saturday, April 6th.
The defending state champion Bison took down Glacier 8-4 and breezed over Flathead 17-0 in three innings. Great Falls High pitcher Shea LaRocque pitched a perfect game in the blowout against the Braves. The Bison increase the team’s record to 4-0 on the season.
The Great Falls CMR softball team had little trouble as well against Flathead, winning 16-1. In the other match-up, Rustlers had an early lead through the first few innings against Glacier, but then it turned into a back-and-fourth high scoring affair and Glacier came back to win 18-16.
