KALISPELL – Kalispell Flathead runners crossed the line first in both varsity races at the Flathead cross country invite at Rebecca Farm on Friday afternoon.
Flathead’s Tori Noland-Gillespie captured the girls title in a time of 20 minutes, 10.69 seconds. She out-paced Anya Young of Bigfork, who finished in 20:29.83, and third-place Kinzie Peterson of Kalispell Glacier (20:43.03).
The Braves’ top boys runner blew away the field in the next race at Rebecca Farm. Ben Perrin cruised across the line in 15:51.09, nearly 45 seconds better than second place. Aren Alexander-Battee of Glacier took second in 16:27.59. Glacier’s Simon Hill finished third in 16:45.60
