BILLINGS – Billings West and Billings Skyview split a pair of crosstown soccer matches Tuesday night at Daylis Stadium.
The West boys opened with a 2-0 win over Skyview, scoring both goals in the final 15 minutes. Reese Lausen broke a scoreless tie with a header off a corner kick in the 65th minute. Caleb Boman doubled the advantage with a rebound off a free kick in the 75th minute.
West moves to 1-2 in Eastern AA play, while Skyview falls to 0-2.
Skyview’s girls returned the favor in the late game, getting three second-half goals to blank the Bears 4-0. The Falcons led 1-0 at the break, then got goals from Jordan Roe, Halle Labert, and Ashlyn Braun in the final 40 minutes.
The Falcons are now 2-0 in the Eastern Conference, while West falls to 1-2.
