HELENA -- With the sun setting in the west, the Helena High Bengals hosted their fall football scrimmage Friday.
Hayden Ferguson showed his versatility, throwing for a touchdown, running for a touchdown while lined up as a running back, and catching a pass while lined up as a slot receiver.
Gavin Thennis made a point to show that Ferguson was in fact a human capable of making a mistake and picked off a pass that Ferguson threw over the middle.
The Helena High Bengals will open their season at home on Aug. 30 against the Great Falls CMR Rustlers.
