THREE FORKS – One of the best players in Class B basketball has committed to stay right here in the Treasure State. Three Forks guard Kyle Olson committed to play for Carroll College on Wednesday.

In 18 games this season, Olson has averaged 21.4 points, with a season-high 32 points against Jefferson in late December. The senior also helped lead Three Forks to an undefeated season with a state title last year. She joins a Fighting Saints team that is ranked No. 8 in the country in the NAIA.

But the high school season isn’t over for Olson and the Wolves, as they earned the No. 4 seed at the District 5B tournament in Belgrade and will face fifth-seeded Manhattan Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
