GREAT FALLS – The Great Falls CMR girls basketball team hosted Butte High at the CMR Fieldhouse on Thursday.
Butte came away with a 53-40 victory. Three Bulldogs scored in double figures, led by Ally Cleverly with 21 points. Aspen Lovshin had 16 and Brittany Tierney had 10. Kiely Gunderson picked up 13 points for the Rustlers and Lauren Lindseth had 10 points.
The victory brings the Bulldogs’ record to 8-2 on the year and first place in the Eastern AA with a 5-0 conference record. CMR drops to 1-10 on the year and 0-5 in conference. Butte will play at Billings Senior next on Feb. 1. CMR will host Billings West on the Feb. 1, as well.
