LAUREL – After scoring just 18 first-half points, the Billings West boys more than doubled their output in the second to run away from Laurel 56-36 Saturday night.
Laurel held West’s high-powered offense in check through the first 16 minutes, as the Locmotives were within one, 18-17, at halftime.
West is now 4-0 on the young season. The Bears do not return until Jan. 3 against Bozeman.
