BILLINGS – A quick turnaround didn’t slow down the Billings Central basketball girls on Saturday afternoon.
After falling 63-59 in Havre on Friday, the Rams bussed back to Billings late for an afternoon tip against Livingston, which paid off with a 54-31 win.
Livingston kept it tight early trailing only 10-9 after the first quarter. The Rams took advantage of free throw shooting and a few transition baskets to command a 28-15 lead at halftime.
Central (1-1) increased it’s lead to 35-21 at the end of the third before closing it out at the Nelles Center.
The Rams will host Lewistown on Friday night at 7 p.m.
