BUTTE – The Billings West boys took a road trip to Butte, where the Bulldogs were in need of a big time win with their regular season coming to a close.
Kale McCarthy got things going for Butte with a couple points and solid defense. Clay Ferguson chipped in his usual offensive production to keep pace with talented Billings West squad. Jesse Owens led the way for West on both sides of the court, creating havoc for the Bulldogs to work around.
Billings West pulled out the win in double overtime, 78-71.
