BILLINGS – The Billings Central boys look ready for the postseason.
Central ran by rival Laurel 54-39 on Senior Night Friday in the teams’ regular season finalé, with the Eastern A divisional tournament on deck for next week.
The Rams led 27-16 at the half, and then scored the first seven points of the third quarter to put the game out of reach. Central led 41-21 heading into the fourth.
Central finished tied with Hardin atop the conference standings at 9-1, but the Bulldogs won the tiebreaker and will be the No. 1 seed. Central will be No. 2, while Laurel finished third at 6-4.
The Eastern A Divisional runs from Feb. 20-23 at Rimrock Auto Arena at MetraPark in Billings.
