BILLINGS – Chrishon Dixon scored his 1,000th career point for Billings Central Friday night in the first quarter as the Rams rolled to a 56-25 conference win over Glendive.

The Rams led 26-9 at halftime and increased it to 37-17 after three quarters. With the win, Central (7-1 Eastern A, 14-2 overall) keeps pace with Hardin (9-1, 16-1) for the Eastern A lead. Glendive falls to 1-7, 4-12 and plays at Laurel on Saturday. The Rams host Sidney.
Central’s girls won 63-48 in the late game. They jumped out to a 22-9 lead after one quarter and, after leading by 15 at half, were never threatened.
The Rams (6-2, 13-3) trail Hardin (8-2, 15-2) and Laurel (7-1, 12-4) for the division lead and host Glendive on Saturday. Sidney’s girls fall to 0-9, 1-16 and play at Laurel on Saturday.
