MISSOULA — On Thursday night, the Missoula Hellgate Knights looked to stay atop the Western AA boys basketball standings as they hosted the Kalispell Flathead Braves.
In the first few minutes, Flathead kept it close, only trailing by two, but Hellgate turned it on. By the end of the first, the Knights led 19-6.
By the end of the first half, it was all Hellgate. The Knights scored a solid 31 points while holding the Braves to just 13.
In the end, the Knights came away with the easy win, 67-24.
