GREAT FALLS – The Great Falls Central basketball teams hosted Cascade on Friday.
For the boys matchup, a milestone was passed. Mustangs senior and Montana Grizzly football commit Noah Ambeuhl notched his 1,000th career point, adding to his growing sports resume. Ambuehl finished the night with 26 points and Great Falls Central would get the win over the Badgers, 76-59.
The Mustangs’ record rises to 12-1 on the year and 10-1 in conference play. Cascade drops to 7-6 and 6-5 in conference.
For the girls game, Central would find victory, as well, with a 59-48 win. The Mustang girls are now 11-2 on the year and 11-0 in conference play. Cascade now falls to 8-5 and 6-5 in conference.
