BILLINGS – The Billings Central Rams look like the best Class A boys basketball team in the state. On Friday, they looked like they could be one of the best in Class AA, too.
Central jumped out to a 38-12 halftime lead at Class AA crosstown rival Senior on their way to a 64-52 win, completing a season sweep of the Broncs.
The Rams led 22-8 after the first quarter, then scored the first 11 points of the second.
Central moves to 11-1 overall with the win, its only loss coming to Class AA opponent Billings Skyview 58-53 on Dec. 21. Senior falls to 0-11.
