MISSOULA – On Tuesday, the Kalispell Glacier Wolfpack boys basketball team traveled to Missoula to take on the Missoula Big Sky Eagles. From the start, Big Sky held a small lead and carried that lead late into the fourth quarter.
In the fourth, though, the Wolfpack turned it on and took a late lead with 32 seconds remaining.
After a Big Sky miss, Glacier had a chance to seal the win with a bucket, but Big Sky’s Camdyn LaRance came up with a steal and found Daniel Morin to tie it up at 52-all. Glacier ran the clock down to eight seconds before running an inbound play to big man Drew Engellant, who finished with contact. Big Sky had one last shot but it banked off the glass, giving Glacier the 54-52 win.
