BILLINGS -- Billings Senior and Bozeman Gallatin split an Eastern AA boys and girls soccer doubleheader on Thursday afternoon at Amend Park in Billings.
Gallatin's girls broke a 2-2 halftime tie with a pair of second-half goals to knock off Senior, 4-2. The Raptors move to 2-2 on the season while Senior falls to 3-2.
Senior's boys entered Thursday's contest atop the Eastern AA standings and had yet to allow a goal.
The Broncs didn't give one up Thursday, either. Senior built a 4-0 lead at halftime and coasted to victory by the same score. Keeping a clean sheet is something Senior is focusing on.
"That's the goal, and that's what we continue to preach to that back line. Once again, we have two great seniors leading it. I'm very pleased with how they've been performing," Senior head coach Zach Robbins said.
Senior's teams are back in action on Saturday at Bozeman, while Gallatin will host Belgrade the same day.
