DICKINSON, N.D. -- Konner Flint of Baker has signed to golf with Dickinson State University, the program announced Dec. 10.

Flint, who is currently a senior at Baker, has placed in the top 10 at each of the past two Class B state golf tournaments. As a sophomore in 2018 he placed ninth with a two-round score of 168 strokes. Last spring, he carded a two-round score of 154 to finish in a three-way tie for fourth place and help Baker to a third-place team finish. His two low rounds are are 71 and 75.

A three-sport athlete, Flint also played football and basketball for the Spartans and has been named academic all-state in all three sports. Flint is a four-time Honor Roll student and plans to major in business administration at Dickinson State.

"I chose to sign with DSU because I really liked the business program and feel like I will receive a great education," Flint said in a DSU media release. "I am also getting the opportunity to golf at a place that suits me and I believe I would be a great fit for coach (Thadd) O'Donnell and the Blue Hawk golf team."

"We are excited to add Konner to our men's team and expect him to add the depth we need to help us continue raising our level of play," added O'Donnell. "Konner will be a great asset not only to our golf team but to Dickinson State."
