MISSOULA – Boys Game – In the first game, it was the Missoula Hellgate boys taking on Billings West. The Knights looked good in the second half, coming out scoring from beyond the arc and inside with ease. But the Golden Bears wouldn’t go away, with buckets from Jesse Owens and Cade Tyson. But Hellgate was too much, as it won, 63-55.
Girls Game – In the second game, it was the girls hosting the Golden Bears, as well. In the first quarter, the Knights started the scoring with a 3-pointer from Emma Blakely, but West responded with a three of their own, with a party of three’s to follow from Shayla Montague and Kinzie Koch. West opened it up in the second half and routed Hellgate, 72-43.
