LAUREL — Athletes in the Southern B and Southern C divisions are ready for next weekend’s state meet.
Teams and athletes competed in the Southern B divisional on Thursday, a final chance at hitting qualifying marks for the state meet, which will be held on the same track next weekend.
There were numerous Class B state-best marks set on Thursday, including the boys pole vault and 110-meter hurdles, as well as the girls 100.
Qualifiers in the Southern C will compete for state hardware at Memorial Stadium in Great Falls. Alex Kosel of Roberts was among the stars competing on Thursday.
