BELGRADE – The Big Timber girls advanced to the semifinals of the District 5B tournament defeating Manhattan 57-34 on Thursday. The Herders will now face the only undefeated team left in Class B, the Three Forks Wolves. Big Timber will look for the upset Friday at 6 p.m.
The Jefferson girls basketball team also advanced to the semifinals with a 39-26 win over sixth-seeded Whitehall and will take on Townsend Friday at 7:30 p.m.
