BELGRADE – It wasn’t the perfect Senior Night for every Panther in Belgrade. The girls basketball team dropped its contest against Manhattan 52-43, but the boys rallied back to defeat the Tigers in dominating fashion, 72-40.
On the girls side, the Panthers were without star sophomore Gabby Weber. But senior Hannah Gee picked up the slack to lead all scorers with 18 points. Sophomore Jasmine Grossman led the Tigers with 14 points in the victory.
In the Belgrade boys’ win, Panther Dawson Fowler had 20 points and Matthew Walker followed closely behind with 17 points.
