DILLON – With 1.4 seconds left and Dillon trailing Frenchtown by one, Coby King made a free throw to send things to overtime. Dillon prevailed in the extra period, 48-44.
Frenchtown trailed in the final minutes of the fourth quarter until Adam Botkin had back-to-back steals to give the Broncs the lead with seconds remaining.
In the extra period, Cade Baker made a try from long distance to give Frenchtown a 42-41 lead, but buckets by King and Clay Allison put the Beavers in front for good.
Dillon improves to 8-5 (4-3 conference) while Frenchtown drops to 7-5 (4-3).
