FORT BENTON — The Fort Benton volleyball team used home court to its advantage on Thursday, dominating Geraldine-Highwood 3-0 in the quarterfinal round of the District 7C volleyball tournament to advance to Friday's undefeated semifinal at 11:30 a.m.
Fort Benton, the No. 2 seed, beat the Rivals 25-10, 25-10, 25-18.
In the other quarterfinal match-up, No. 1 seed Belt defeated Cascade in a 3-0 sweep, 25-10, 25-6, 25-16. The Huskies will face Fort Benton in the undefeated semifinal.
Cascade beat Centerville in the opening round, 25-13, 25-19, 22-25, 25-22, to move into the quarterfinal against Belt.
