The top five teams in the final Class AA volleyball coaches' poll remained the same, with postseason play beginning Tuesday evening with play-in games determining state tournament berths.
Top-ranked, defending champion and undefeated Helena Capital finished the season as the start-to-finish No. 1 team in the classification. The Bruins, which host Missoula Hellgate Tuesday in a play-in game, ended the regular season 21-0. Rival Helena High finished runner-up in the voting, while Great Falls CMR, Billings West and Missoula Sentinel rounded out the top five.
Kalispell Glacier received votes in the poll.
The results of the Class AA volleyball coaches' poll for the week of Nov. 4 are below. The ratings are based upon five points for each first-place vote, four points for each second-place vote, etc.
