CHURCHILL — The Manhattan Christian Christian girls basketball team is off to a 14-0 start and on Wednesday added an extra District 12C matchup as the Eagles took on Ennis for the second time in a week.
Manhattan Christian jumped out to a 4-2 lead, but Ennis went on a 7-0 run in the first thanks to senior Landri Paladichuk scoring all seven points in that time to take a 9-4 lead.
But the Eagles would go on a run of their own, going on a 14-point run to end the first and finish the opening quarter up 18-9.
The Eagles would never look back after that, going on win 54-35. They're now 15-0.
Manhattan Christian senior Eliana Kuperus finished with a double-double of 14 points and a whopping 16 rebounds.
