Bozeman High girls cruise past Great Falls CMR; Belgrade boys fall to Billings Skyview

BOZEMAN and BELGRADE -- An 18-point rally in the fourth quarter by the Bozeman girls basketball team lifted the Hawks to a 55-41 win over Great Falls CMR on Thursday.

Three different scorers for the Hawks finished with double figures: Avery Burkhart (14 points), Gabby Klein (12) and Emily Williams (12).

Williams hit all four of Bozeman's 3-pointers Thursday night, including two back-to-back 3s in the third quarter.

Lauren Lindseth and Rosie Burke led the Lady Rustlers with 8 points each.

Billings Skyview boys 61, Belgrade 42

Over in Belgrade, the Panthers' boys hosted Billings Skyview as they honored two seniors: Tyler Gordon and Hunter Simon.

After a dominant first quarter from Skyview, Belgrade was unable to chip away at the score, falling 61-42.

Skyview had nine different scorers Thursday night, including double-digit performances from Camron Ketchum (18 points) and Payton Sanders (15).

The Panthers also had two scorers in double digits: Ta'Veus Randle (18) and Kade Schlauch (11).

Randle scored 9 of his 18 points in the second quarter. He also went 9 for 10 on the free throw line.
