GREAT FALLS — The Great Falls High boys and girls basketball teams each defeated Butte in a home doubleheader on Friday night.
The Bison boys won 69-54 to move to 4-0 on the season.
Levi Torgerson led Great Falls with 27 points, while Drew Wyman added 26. Blake Drakos and Jake Olson each scored 12 points for Butte, which fell to 1-2 on the season.
The Bison girls also improved to 4-0 with a 40-28 win.
Alison Harris led the Bison with 16 points. Haley Herron scored 12 for Butte. Great Falls held the Bulldogs to four points in the second half. It was Butte's first loss on the season, moving the Bulldogs to 2-1.
