CHURCHILL and TWIN BRIDGES -- District 12C basketball was in action on Thursday night. The undefeated No. 1 seed Manhattan Christian boys and girls took on White Sulphur Springs, and the Twin Bridges boys and girls went up against Gardiner.
Manhattan Christian boys vs. White Sulphur Springs
The Manhattan Christian boys dominated the Hornets, 60-14.
Eagles sophomore Seth Amunrud continued to shine, finishing with a game-high 21 points.
Manhattan Christian had 10 players score on the night.
The Eagles will host Shields Valley on Friday at 5 p.m.
Manhattan Christian girls vs. White Sulphur Springs
The girls game was just like the boys. The Eagles took a 9-6 lead and never looked back, winning 69-24.
Eagles senior Taylor Devries had a game-high 18 points to go along with five assists.
The Eagles will host Twin Bridges on Friday at 7 p.m.
Twin Bridges boys vs. Gardiner
Matthew Kaiser poured in a game-high 18 points as the Falcons rolled to a 66-36 win over the Bruins.
Charlie Kruer added 16 points for Twin Bridges and Tate Smith scored 11.
Gardiner was led by 12 points apiece from John McDonald and Evan Gvengerick.
The Falcons now face Harrison-Willow Creek on Friday in the semifinals.
Twin Bridges girls vs. Gardiner
Callie Kaiser led all scorers with 20 points as the Falcons held on for a 45-36 win over the Bruins.
Kaiser scored 11 of her points in the fourth quarter. Allie Dale added 13 points for the Falcons.
The Bruins were led by 18 points from Sophia Darr.
The Falcons now head to Manhattan Christian on Friday for a semifinal game against the undefeated Eagles.
