GREAT FALLS – Argo men’s basketball head coach Steve Keller announces the addition of Las Vegas native and Vanguard University transfer Capri Uzan to the Argos 2019-20 roster.

Uzan, a 5-foot-10 guard from Las Vegas, Nevada, is transferring to the Argos after playing his freshman season at Vanguard University. He graduated high school in 2017 from Desert Pines High School and will enter the 2019-20 season with the Argos as a sophomore. Uzan had an incredible career as a Jaguar, securing two state championship titles, in addition to being named conference MVP three times and receiving first-team all-state recognition three times, as well. Uzan averaged 18 points per contest, while also dishing out six assists and pulling down three rebounds per game.

“We are very excited that Cap will be joining the Argos. Cap is a very skilled point guard that can shoot the 3 and get to the rim and finish,” said Keller. “We look forward to watching his progress in the Frontier.”
