GREAT FALLS – The University of Providence volleyball team claimed a 3-1 win over Montana Western on Friday, 25-17, 20-25, 25-12, 25-11.
Junior outside hitter Kelsey Shaver led the Argos with 14 kills, teammate Sydney Andersen added 12. Paige Jensen registered 26 assists to set up points.
The No. 20 Argos (19-8) have locked up the No. 2 seed at the Frontier Conference tournament but will close the regular season on Saturday afternoon against No. 7 Rocky Mountain College (26-3, 11-0).
First serve is set for 2 p.m. at the McLaughlin Center.
