BILLINGS – Rocky’s women’s basketball head coach Wes Keller has announced Mackenzie Dethman’s signing of a Letter-of-Intent for the Fall of 2019.

A multi-sport athlete in high school for the Froid-Medicine Lake Redhawks, Dethman was a team captain in basketball, volleyball, and track and field. An All-Conference volleyball player, Dethman received Academic All-Conference honors in all three sports.

A highly decorated basketball player, Dethman averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, and two blocks per game during her first three years as a Redhawk. She received All-State honors from 2016-2018 while being selected All-Conference and All-Defense the past four years.

“We are very excited to add Mackenzie to our Battlin’ Bear family. She excels on the court and in the classroom,” said Keller. “Mackenzie is very skilled and has the ability to play inside and out. We look for big things from her over the next four years.”

She is an active participant in student council, Future Farmers of America, and the National Honor Society.
