BILLINGS – Rocky Mountain College’s head football coach Chris Stutzriem announced the Battlin’ Bears 2019 signing class on Wednesday.

The class includes student-athletes spanning nine different states including Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Arkansas, and California. This includes 12 student-athletes from Montana.

“This was a very important class for us. We had to fill some holes due to this year’s graduating class and looked to refill numbers and athleticism. We wanted to reload with quality athletes and even better young men,” said Stutzriem.

The Battlin’ Bears have revamped their roster after adding 12 all-state performers this year.

This marks the first recruiting class for Coach Stutzriem who was hired as the 18th head coach of the Battlin’ Bears football program in December of 2018.

“I am very excited about this year’s signing class and addressing our needs. I am also very happy with how hard our coaches worked to get the best possible student-athletes here on campus,” said Stutzriem. “I am excited to have them here this fall!”
