WHITEFISH — Rocky Mountain College student-athlete Jared Samuelson earned conference player of the week honors.
The junior from Billings led the Battlin’ Bears in scoring and rebounds in all three of Rocky’s contests at the 2018 Cactus Classic. He averaged 23.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists a game. Against No. 12 ranked Arizona Christian, Samuelson scored 29 points with seven rebounds.
Samuelson and the Bears return to the court Friday, Dec. 28 during the Green and Gold Classic in Billings. Rocky hosts The King’s University, before facing Dickinson State on Saturday.
