Brianna King earns sixth straight Frontier Conference player of the week

WHITEFISH – Brianna King of the University of Montana Western was selected the Frontier Conference’s Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.

King is a 5-foot-5 senior guard from Spokane, Wash. No. 3 Montana Western went 2-0 on the road. The Bulldogs beat No. 17 Rocky Mountain College 61-51 and No. 8 Carroll College 60-46. King averaged 25 points, 3.5 rebounds, one assist and two steals per game. She was 18 of 37 (49 percent) and 10 of 12 from the free throw line.

This is the sixth straight week that King has won the award and seventh time this season.
