Montana Tech’s Masha Korol nabs another all-America honor

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2018 Volleyball All-America Teams Tuesday. Montana Tech’s Masha Korol was named Honorable Mention All-America.

Korol is making her second appearance on the NAIA All-America Teams after receiving a second team nod last year. The 6-foot-2 outside hitter from Ukrainka, Ukraine led the Frontier Conference in total kills this past season with 433. Korol averaged 3.6 kills per set with a .212 hitting percentage.

Montana Tech finished the season with a 17-15 overall record and 8-4 in Frontier action. The Orediggers placed six student-athletes on the All-Conference teams and two on the AVCA All-Region squads.
