WHITEFISH – Montana Tech men’s golfer Sean Benson was selected first team All-Conference. The regular Frontier Conference golf season concluded this fall with the championship taking place April 15-17 in Tempe, Ariz.
Benson, a senior from Billings, Mont., finished in the top 10 of all three Frontier Conference tournaments this fall. Benson took 8th place at the Montana Tech Invitational, 2nd place in Great Falls at the Providence Invitational and 4th at the Battlin’ Bears Invitational in Billings. The conference honor is the third for Benson.
The All-Conference team is determined by the results of the league’s regular season tournaments. The top five golfers receive first-team honors and second five receive second team honors.
